In our 4th episode Topher sits down with Dave and asks him about his theatrical career. The episode covers Dave's high school drama experience, his work at MSU Theatre, Backdoor Theatre, Lewisville Community Theatre, and Lakeside Community Theatre. Dave also discusses his teaching career, VDAC, and how he met his wife on stage.

WHY AM I ALWAYS THE FIRST? GOOD GRIEF,( I THINK I REALLY AM A JEWISH MOM!!! :)!!) AND DID NOT KNOW IT!!! I REALLY DID NOT KNOW YOU GUYS DID THIS TODAY, I WAS JUST CHECKING IN AND SAW THAT YOU GUYS HAD A NEW BROADCAST. OKAY DAVID, DO YOU WANT ME TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS ONE ? WAS OKAY BUT NOT ALL THAT MUCH FUN. WHERE WAS THE BANTER AND HUMOR FROM THE EARLIER ONES? SORRY---AND AS FAR AS THE SEXUAL CONTENT---NOT THAT BAD--WHICH IS OKAY--BUT WHY? ALL THE WARNINGS?? I MEAN THE WAY I THOUGHT YOU GUYS PUT UP THE BIG WARNING, I WAS REALLY GOING TO BE SHOCKED!! NOT SHOCKED, SO THIS IS OKAY--SO I WILL TELL BRANDIE IS SAFE FOR HER TO LISTEN TO, SO FAR. THIS ONE FOR ME WAS A LITTLE BORING--SEEMED LIKE YOU GUYS WERE OFF YOUR HUMOR MARK. OKAY SORRY--BUT I DID ENJOY IT SOME---BUT LOVE YA, BOTH MOM (see you guys the 4th)

Well, Dave, I'm glad you and Chris enjoy yourselves so much. Don't know how you can talk about LCT so much without ever ONCE mentioning me or much of anybody else except Victoria and Sheila briefly...but what ever. I'm glad I've given you the opportunity to have so many enjoyable experiences with others to talk about. Some time I'll tie you up and tell you ALL ABOUT all the roles I've ever done. I'm SURE you'll enjoy it...if you're drunk enough.

Bravo!!! I have to admit it got off to a slow start and I got a little lost and bored with your much earlier history, as I'm sure you would mine, however, it was interesting to hear about how you grew to be the actor/director you are today and that made it worth it. I really enjoyed hearing about your more recent endeavors as an actor/director (especially when you mention my name...us actors are such shameless hams). I don't remember knowing that VDAC contained the first letters of Victoria, you and Amanda's first names...it was neat learning about that. Also hearing about the kids you have taught and the joy you get out of it is very precious because it really shows why you 3 are so good at doing what you do in VDAC. I was so glad to hear that one of
